Link with home: The children brought from home soft toys - zoo animals.
They shared the toys and learned their names.
They even brought photos of holidays abroad where they visited a zoo.
Outdoor play: Parachute Game. The children used few soft
toys as resources for this game which encouraged collaboration to work as a team.
Interactive Whiteboard: Zoo Animals Puzzles.
The children took turns to complete the puzzles. It gave them an
opportunity to persevere when faced with difficulties. Their self-confidence was enriched
when task was completed.
